Adult size - will fit over hands with circumference of up to 23 cm (please measure over the knuckle area/widest area of hand). Cord can be made bigger or smaller to fit wrist.
Child size* - will fit over hands with circumference of up to 21 cm. Cord can be made bigger or smaller to fit wrist.
