To maintain its nuanced flavour profile and low acidity, this mix is carefully roasted in small quantities, bringing forth notes of cardamom, honey, and flowery saffron. Roughly ground for conventional brewing techniques using a dallah, it is sustainably produced, certified Rainforest Alliance, and freshly roasted in London every day.
